Polman & Partners Consulting Group (PCG) was founded in 2024 by Drs. Polman, M.M., drawing on decades of experience across public administration and strategic industries. His career in the Ministry of Finance and later the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises provided deep institutional insight into Indonesia’s economic and regulatory landscape.
Throughout his leadership roles in state-owned enterprises and strategic industrial companies, he developed a strong understanding of governance, investment structuring, and sector development. This foundation ultimately shaped the vision behind PCG.
